Dustin has been working in the real estate industry for over 10 years and a licensed broker for 8. He’s held all positions starting at the bottom as a field agent and moved up to listing manager, transaction coordinator, office manager, and now managing broker. Generally managing over 200 closings annually. He has a sharp eye for detail and does whatever it takes to get a property to close. He’s passionate about music and plays in several bands. He is always looking for new ways to help the company grown and evolve.

Rachel has been working with Z Team helping with REO property management, data analysis, marketing and office administrative work. She is focused on customer satisfaction and efficiency. She is currently living in Schaumburg, IL She loves spending time with her animals, family and cooking spicy foods! Her hobbies include photography, cooking and listening to music.

Voytek switched gears to the real estate industry in August 2016 after leaving his corporate career. He is passionate about helping people find their perfect home and loves researching market trends. He was born in Poland and been living in the US for 17 years. He now lives in Schaumburg with his two daughters and wife. Together they enjoy cooking and always trying new meals and restaurants.

Cesar has had the opportunity to form meaningful connections by working with the public as a fitness trainer, police officer and restaurant manager. He obtained a degree in Justice Studies from Northeastern Illinois University which ignited his passion for working closely with people. Cesar believes that helping someone find a home is the creation of a lifelong relationship, rather than a simple sale. He has a hunger for knowledge and enjoys sharing that knowledge with others. For this reason, his favorite part of being a real estate agent is working with first time home buyers. Cesar is bilingual in English and Spanish which allows him to serve a larger population. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife, traveling, and playing guitar.
